ATVO and ACTV run frequent buses from just outside the arrivals terminal towards Mestre and on to Piazzale Roma. The ride to Mestre takes roughly 20 minutes and is the cheapest way into town. Buy tickets at the airport machines or counters before boarding. From the main Mestre stops it is a short onward taxi or local bus to most addresses.
Taxi or private transfer (most convenient)
A standard land taxi from the rank outside arrivals reaches most of Mestre in about 20 minutes — ideal if you land late, have lots of luggage, or are travelling with children.
