With this Privacy Policy, Ali Hassan Cheema provides the user with information regarding the processing of personal data - pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") - which are collected automatically or that the same provides voluntarily, by accessing and browsing the Site, as well as using the services provided therein.
Navigation is free and does not require any registration; the possible provision of personal data is provided for in the "Privacy Policy" section, where reference is made to the content of this document. Within the Site, there may also be hyperlinks to websites, pages or online services of third parties. By clicking on such links, the user may access multimedia content that, being of exclusive relevance to the aforementioned subjects, fall outside the control of Ali Hassan Cheema and do not subject in any way to what is indicated in this Privacy Policy. Ali Hassan Cheema invites, therefore, the user to pay attention when adhering to services offered by third parties, to carefully read the information on data processing that are provided by the aforementioned subjects, in relation to which Ali Hassan Cheema cannot exercise any control, nor can it be held responsible.
1. Data Controller

2. Types of Personal Data Processed
Personal data related to navigation
In case of navigation of the Site, the Controller collects navigation data through cookies or other tracking technologies to verify the regular functioning of the Site and allow the user to use the services provided therein, as well as to ensure the best navigation, have information about the number of visits and statistical analysis, create profiles that allow the sending of advertising in line with the preferences expressed by the user, as well as to identify anomalies and/or abuses.
For more information on the technologies used for the collection of such data, the Controller invites the user to take note of what is provided in point 4) on Cookies below.
Data voluntarily provided by the user
The Controller also processes personal data voluntarily provided by the user during interaction with the services provided by the Site and, specifically:
- personal data, such as name, surname and residential address;
- contact data, such as phone number and email address;
- information related to payment methods;
- information related to the booking made.
Hereinafter, collectively, "Data".
The optional and voluntary sending of email messages to the addresses indicated on this Site involves the acquisition of the sender's email address necessary to process the request, as well as any additional personal data voluntarily indicated in the message. Such Data are used solely for the purpose of responding to the request and are not disseminated in any way.
3. Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
Within the scope of consulting the Site and using the services provided therein, the Data are processed for the following purposes:
- a. Site Navigation: allow navigation of the Site, control its correct functioning and ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes, as well as elaborate statistical analysis about visits to the Site. The legal basis is found in the execution of contract (art. 6.1 b) Regulation), as well as in the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6.1 f) Regulation), and, with reference to the elaboration of statistical analysis, in the express consent of the user (art. 6.1 a) Regulation);
- b. Availability Search: verify availability on the indicated stay dates. The legal basis is found in the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1 b) Regulation);
- c. Booking: complete the booking with management of related obligations. The legal basis is found in the execution of the contract (art. 6.1 b) Regulation);
- d. Contacts: respond to information requests received. The legal basis is found in the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the user's request (art. 6.1 b) Regulation);
- e. Communication: communicate the Data (specifically the email address) to Ciaobooking S.r.l. (company operating in the software development sector for the hospitality industry) for sending communications with promotional and advertising content, via email, sms and instant messages, of products, services and initiatives of the same. The legal basis is found in the express consent of the user (art. 6.1 a) Regulation);
- f. Defense: exercise and defense of the Controller's rights in any venue including judicial, administrative, in arbitration and mediation or conciliation procedures. The legal basis is found in the legitimate interest of the Controller (art. 6.1 f) Regulation).
With the exception of navigation data (collected automatically through cookies or other tracking technologies), the provision of Data has the following nature:
- Mandatory for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in letters a), b), c), d) and f). Therefore, the failure to provide Data by the user results in the impossibility for the Controller to fulfill what is requested (for example, navigate the Site, verify availability on the indicated stay dates, complete the booking and respond to any requests received);
- Optional for the pursuit of the purpose referred to in letter e). Therefore, the failure to provide Data by the user does not result in the impossibility for the Controller to communicate the Data to Ciaobooking S.r.l. and to elaborate statistical analysis about visits to the Site, without this prejudicing the pursuit of the remaining purposes.
4. Cookies
The Site uses technical, analytical and profiling cookies, including third-party ones, to allow normal navigation and use of the same, to elaborate statistical analysis and to create profiles that allow the sending of advertising in line with user preferences. 5. Processing Methods
Within the scope of the purposes indicated in point 3), the processing of Data will take place through electronic tools, in compliance with the regulatory provisions on personal data processing, adopting adequate security measures. The processing of Data will be managed by internal personnel of the Controller specifically authorized, trained and instructed, precisely to ensure adequacy and confidentiality, as well as to avoid risks of loss and/or destruction and access by unauthorized subjects.
6. Communication and Dissemination of Data
The Data will not be disseminated. Within the limits strictly pertinent to the purposes indicated in point 3), the Data may be communicated to:
- Subjects authorized by law or regulation, such as by way of example and not exhaustively the Public Authority and the Judicial Authority;
- Ciaobooking S.r.l. (company operating in the software development sector for the hospitality industry) subject to the user's express consent;
- subjects who, as autonomous controllers or data processors, pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation are involved in the processing of Data (such as by way of example and not exhaustively companies that carry out activities of management and maintenance of computer systems, platforms and applications in use).
The updated nominal list of data processors is available at the registered office of the Controller.
7. Data Retention Period
The Controller retains the Data for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which such Data were collected. The Data for the purposes of:
- Availability Search: will be retained for 1 year from the date of their collection;
- Booking: will be retained for the entire duration of the stay and, in any case, until the prescription of rights arising from the contractual relationship established with the user (10 years from its termination);
- Contacts: will be retained for no more than 1 year from the date of their collection, coinciding with the response to the request by the Controller;
- Communication: will be retained until their communication to Ciaobooking S.r.l. and, in any case, for a maximum period of 1 month from the date of their collection. The retention period of Data for sending communications with informational and promotional content of products and services of Ciaobooking S.r.l. will be expressly established by the latter and made known to the user;
- Defense: will be retained for the entire duration of the dispute and until the terms for possible appeal and/or for the prescription of the relative action are exhausted;
Without prejudice to the right to revoke consent for those treatments that find foundation in such legal basis, the exercise of the rights referred to in point 8), as well as the fulfillment of specific retention obligations provided for by law.
8. Rights of the Data Subject
Without prejudice to the provisions and limitations of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Part I - Title I - Chapter III), with reference to the Data the user has the right to ask the Controller:
- access (art. 15 Regulation);
- rectification of inaccurate Data and integration of incomplete ones (art. 16 Regulation);
- erasure of Data for the reasons provided for (art. 17 Regulation);
- restriction of processing for the cases provided for (art. 18 Regulation);
- portability of Data (art. 20 Regulation);
- objection to processing in the cases provided for (art. 21 Regulation).
Furthermore, in case of processing based on consent, the user also has the right to revoke it at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the revocation. All the rights listed above may be exercised by sending a communication to the Controller via email at the address cheemacheema0078@gmail.com.
9. Complaint
In case it is believed that the processing of Data violates the provisions contained in the Regulation, the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority is recognized according to the provisions of art. 77 of the same Regulation.
10. Transfer of Data Abroad
The Data are stored at the Controller's registered office and on servers located in the European Union. In case of transfer of Data abroad, the Controller undertakes to ensure that the transfer of Data to such countries takes place in compliance with what is provided for by the Regulation and, specifically, in the presence of adequate guarantees (adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, etc.).
