1. 01

   Neighbors and the building

   The apartment is in a residential building where people live all year round. Please be considerate of the neighbors and follow the building's rules at all times. • Keep noise to a minimum in the entrance, on the stairs and in all shared areas. • Do not leave belongings or trash in the shared areas.

2. 02

   Quiet hours: 23:00 – 07:00

   Between 23:00 and 07:00, please keep the apartment quiet, including on the balcony: no loud music, TV or conversations that can be heard outside the apartment. At other times of day, please keep noise at a level that does not disturb the neighbors.

3. 03

   No smoking

   The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is not allowed anywhere inside the apartment. If we find signs of smoking, a €250 charge will apply to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

4. 04

   Guests, parties and pets

   • Only the guests registered at check-in may stay overnight. Italian law requires every guest to be registered. • Parties and events are not allowed. • Pets are not allowed unless agreed with us in advance.

5. 05

   Lights, air conditioning and heating

   Whenever you go out, please switch off the lights, the air conditioning and the heating. While the air conditioning or heating is on, keep the windows and the balcony door closed.

6. 06

   Before you check out

   Please leave the apartment clean and tidy: • Wash and put away all the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans you used. • Take all your trash with you when you leave. Do not leave any in the apartment or in the building's shared areas. • Leave all used towels on the bathroom floor. • Switch off the lights, the air conditioning and the heating, and close all the windows.

7. 07

   Condition of the apartment and damage

   Before check-in, we share photos showing the condition of the apartment, and we expect to find it in the same condition at check-out. If anything is broken or damaged during your stay, please tell us straight away. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest who made the booking.

8. 08

   Your responsibility

   The guest who made the booking is responsible for everyone staying in the apartment and for their behavior. Guests who break these rules or cause problems for the apartment, the building or the neighbors are fully responsible for any damage, costs or complaints that result, and will not be welcome to stay with us again.
